Macro

On a grand scale I intend for my building to become a connection for the the town both physically and socially, the idea is to create a through space that will open up to the canal, encouraging the overlooked chance of a public realm in the area. The assortment of spaces will encourage familiarity with the community.

Red - Theatre

Purple - Circulation and Entrance

Light Blue - Swimming Pool

Yellow - Studio Space

Turquoise - Bridge

Blue - Open Court

Green - Cafe

Meso

My aim on a Meso scale is for my building to have visual and circulatory connection, allowing the user to get from one space to another seamlessly and encouraging the spectacle of the different acts within the building.

Micro

Here I intend on looking at how I could play with the glazing that encloses to encourage natural light and shadows.
