Low Solar Angles. This side lies between SE and SW thus providing the most opportunity for solar gain.

High Solar angles causing glare during summer though the sun doesn't reach this side during the peak of winter. Seasonal shading in the form of mid level landscaping would be sufficient to provide shade in summer.

The Structure of my building is a hybrid one with the main structural component being concrete though I use hollow steel members for the roof structure.

Swimming Pool Plant Room
- Temperature 26 -28 degree celsius
- Lower air pressure in the swimming hall than the the rest of the building to draw air in from the building and not out towards it. Air from the swimming hall will and must discharge externally.
